you didn't get that job that should've been yours. the relationship didn't go as planned. your day to day isn't what you knew it should have become. you were supposed to get married. you never wanted it. you broke the threshold yet you feel something's missing. this isn't your lifetime and it never will be. you can find your pace again. you won't die here. You don't have everything you want but it's still your now. that place you used to go to is still there. It's quiet no one's there. it's yours. this is it.

 Solace is for you. these are places in norfolk i go to. i go to them to compartmentalize my losses. some things I won't have. i know it. Some dreams, I won't achieve but do I have them? yes. everything won't happen here but what I will and still have is me. i'll live mANy lifetimes but the place that I go to...that will always be me. that's first. i don't need it all.
